When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. Tracking will be sent to the email provided as soon as items are shipped.

 

Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3 business days. Out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

Exchanges/Refunds

We do not accept returns for refunds and etc. All items are final sale.  (We reserve the right to refuse any returns/cancelation at any time).
